1. What can KoffeePhoto do for me?
KoffeePhoto lets you organize your photo library primarily on your computer. Every photo album created using KoffeePhoto is also automatically uploaded to KoffeePhoto servers, allowing you to browse and share your photos direct on the web. KoffeePhoto also automatically synchronizes your content on multiple computers if you use different ones with the same account. KoffeePhoto allows you to share whole photo albums very easily, it only takes two minutes to set up and send an album with more than a hundred photos. Through KoffeePhoto you can also order paper prints from different service providers. KoffeePhoto is also capable of restoring your entire photo library in case of loss of data, using your sharing fellows as backup/restoration endpoints!
2. What are the system requirements?
KoffeePhoto requires:
- Windows XP/Vista: minimum 256 Mb RAM, minimum 1 GHz processor.
- Mac OS X: minimum 256 Mb RAM, minimum 1 GHz processor.
- Linux (Suse, Mandriva, etc.): minimum 128 Mb RAM, minimum 1 GHz processor.
KoffeePhoto also requires a high bandwidth connection to the Internet (DSL, cable).
3. How to try KoffeePhoto now?
Download and run the installer program. KoffeePhoto is very easy to set up and works on all Windows, Mac or Linux systems.
4. How can I use KoffeePhoto in my language?
KoffeePhoto automatically starts in the language defined by your operating system. Should a locale be not available in your language, KoffeePhoto will default in English.

5. What are the limitations of KoffeePhoto?
There is no limit on the number or size of the photos you can store and share with KoffeePhoto. KoffeePhoto servers store your whole photo library, including your photos in a resolution optimized for screen display. Your high resolution data is also stored on our servers for a limited period of time, until it can be duplicated to your sharing friend’s computers for backup purposes.
No “spyware” or advertising software is included with the KoffeePhoto setup. KoffeePhoto offers you a truly free and unlimited service!
6. How to use KoffeePhoto as my backup system?
In case of loss of data, KoffeePhoto is capable of restoring your whole photo library. Just reinstall KoffeePhoto and log in with your username and password, KoffeePhoto takes care of everything else. Your high resolution files will be retrieved from your sharing friend’s computers where they are stored. The two main ideas to improve your backup level are the following:
- Share your albums. Every friend who adds your albums to his photo library also serves as a backup point for you.
- If you own several computers, use your KoffeePhoto account on all of them. They will all keep in sync and serve as backup point one for the other.
7. How do I order prints on real photo paper?
Ordering prints on real photo paper can be done directly from the software or on your web pages (preview of ordering prints from our demo album). Just follow the instructions displayed by the wizard. KoffeePhoto will offer you to choose among different printing services available according to your location.
