KoffeeWare takes all due precautions regarding the nature of the data and the risks inherent in processing it, so as to preserve the security thereof and in particular, prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by non-authorised persons.

You have the right, at no charge to yourself, to decide that your personal data shall not be used by KoffeeWare for the purposes of prospecting, in particular commercial prospecting.

You have the right to send enquiries to KoffeeWare in order to obtain:

  1. Confirmation that your personal data is or is not used for this type of processing;
  2. Information relating to the end purpose of the processing, the nature of personal data processed and the persons or categories to whom the data is sent;

A copy of personal data is issued upon request. KoffeeWare may request payment for issuing this copy for an amount that shall not exceed the cost of reproduction.

However, KoffeeWare may object to manifestly improper requests, notably in terms of the number of copies requested, or requests of a repetitive or systematic nature.

You may request KoffeeWare to rectify, add to, update, lock or delete your personal data if it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out-of-date, or for which the collection, use, communication or conservation is prohibited.
